Our Position

Corruption is a cancer that eats away at the foundation of our democracy. I will fight to implement strict ethics laws, ban insider trading by elected officials, and create independent oversight committees with real power to investigate and prosecute wrongdoing. No one is above the law—especially those we elect to uphold it. Every public official from local government to the highest offices must be held accountable to the people they serve. I believe in term limits, mandatory financial disclosures, and real consequences for those who betray the public trust.

Key Policies

  • Ban stock trading and enact term limits for members of Congress
  • Create recall methods for broken campaign promises
  • Establish term limits for Congress
  • Strengthen whistleblower protections

Our Position

Domestic abusers should not be able to hide their history and move on to their next victim. A domestic violence registry would give individuals the ability to protect themselves and their families by knowing if a potential partner has a documented history of abuse. This is about safety, awareness, and giving power back to potential victims before it’s too late.

Key Policies

  • Establish a publicly accessible domestic violence offender registry
  • Require registration for convicted domestic violence offenders
  • Support education and awareness programs

Our Position

Our roads, bridges, and utilities are the backbone of our economy. I support common-sense investment in infrastructure that prioritizes local needs, creates good-paying jobs, and is completed on time and on budget. We must cut red tape and eliminate wasteful spending while ensuring projects that matter actually get done.

Key Policies

  • Prioritize repair of existing infrastructure
  • Streamline permitting for critical projects
  • Support public-private partnerships that protect taxpayers

Our Position

Veterans, cancer patients, and those suffering from chronic pain deserve access to safe, regulated medical marijuana. I support a responsible medical marijuana program with proper oversight, physician involvement, and protections against abuse.

Key Policies

  • Expand access for qualifying medical conditions
  • Require physician oversight and patient safeguards
  • Ensure strict regulation to prevent abuse

Our Position

Social media should be a place for real people, not fake videos, fake voices, and computer-generated lies designed to imitate reality. This bill keeps AI out of human social spaces by requiring a clean separation between human content and AI-generated media. No deepfakes in public feeds. No synthetic propaganda in politics or news. No machines pretending to be people. You can still say anything you believe. You just have to say it as a human. This law protects free speech, defends elections, and restores trust in what we see and hear online. Keep social media human. Keep truth real.

Key Policies

  • Public feeds, comments, messages, ads, and political content must be human-only.
  • AI-generated media is allowed only in clearly marked, AI-only sections.
  • AI content is prohibited in elections, political messaging, and news distribution
  • Synthetic media imitating real people or events is not allowed in human spaces.
  • Platforms are liable if AI content enters human-only areas.

Our Position

I support strong border security and fully back the men and women of Border Patrol who protect our borders, but I do not support unaccountable federal agencies operating inside our communities. ICE has become a bloated, duplicative enforcement arm with little local oversight, and I support defunding it while shifting its limited enforcement role to local and state law enforcement operating under clear laws, warrants, and due process. Border security should happen at the border, and criminal enforcement should be handled by local police who are accountable to the communities they serve. Immigration enforcement must be lawful, transparent, and constitutional. Not driven by fear, raids, or federal overreach.

Key Policies

  • Strong Border Security: Maintain and fully support U.S. Border Patrol as the primary agency responsible for securing the border and stopping illegal entry.
  • Local Law Enforcement Only: Increase law enforcement pay and then shift criminal enforcement responsibilities to local and state law enforcement, acting under warrants, due process, and existing criminal law.
  • Due Process: Prohibit federal immigration raids and enforcement actions inside communities without judicial authorization.
  • Public Safety Frist: All immigration enforcement actions must be subject to clear rules, public reporting, and constitutional safeguards.

Our Position

Defending your 2nd Amendment rights at ALL costs. I cannot stress how strongly I support the Second Amendment and the rights of law-abiding South Carolinians to own, carry, and use firearms to protect themselves, their families, and their property. Gun ownership is a constitutional right, not a privilege granted by the government. I oppose any and all gun control laws, registries, or confiscation efforts that punish responsible citizens while failing to stop violent crime. In South Carolina, we should focus on holding criminals accountable, protecting due process, and defending our hunting, sporting, and self-defense traditions. Not infringing on the freedoms of honest people.

Key Policies

  • No New Gun Restrictions. Oppose any new state or federal gun control laws that infringe on the rights of responsible citizens.
  • Reject gun confiscation or red-flag actions without clear due process, judicial oversight, and the right to defend oneself in court.
  • Teach them young. In-School Firearms Safety & CWP Education (Voluntary) Permit optional, parent-approved firearms safety and South Carolina CWP education courses during school hours, taught by certified instructors, focused on safe handling, legal responsibility, and state law with no firearms present on campus and participation strictly voluntary.
